House re-fresh - If a tenant has been in a house for many years, there are of course signs of wear and tear on the house including walls (wall paper pealing off or marks on painted walls), or just generally outdated decor. We can offer a part or full house re-fresh which includes replacing broken/missing items and painting/wall papering where necessary to keep the house up to scratch, ensuring you achieve a fair return on your investment.
